How Our Well Woman Health Checks Work

We provide a professional, convenient, personalized, and comprehensive approach to give you a better understanding of your health and wellness journey. Our objective is to guide and support you in optimizing your health for the future.

In general, our Well-Woman check involves the following:

Health Review

Your health check begins with a detailed clinician-led review covering your medical history, sexual and reproductive health, gynecological history, mental well-being, and lifestyle habits. After that, a thorough physical examination is conducted. This includes:

  • Breast and pelvic exams
  • Blood pressure checks
  • Cardiac and respiratory evaluations
  • Full body composition scan (muscle mass, BMI, body fat percentage, and more)

Well Woman Full Blood Panel

A fundamental component of the check-up includes an extensive blood test panel that evaluates key aspects of women’s health, such as hormone levels, cholesterol, vitamins, and diabetes screening. Additional tests can be included during your consultation.

Optional Add-On Tests

You’ll have the choice to include additional tests or assessments during your health check. These may include:

  • Female hormone testing
  • PCOS screening
  • Fertility evaluations
  • Sexual health evaluations
  • Cardiac screening
  • Metabolic health tests
  • Scans and imaging

Aftercare

Once your results are ready, you’ll have a follow-up consultation (virtual or in-person) with your clinician to discuss the findings. During this session, you’ll receive expert advice, answers to your questions or concerns, and guidance for setting achievable health and wellness objectives. A detailed medical summary report and any prescriptions, private referrals, or necessary care arrangements will be given.
